“Kelly Cartus has been a part of my training for multisport endurance events over the last year. She has also been integral in getting me to the start and crossing the finish line of Ironman Lake Placid in July 2019! I incorporated her massages into my training, but one of the best decisions was to add sports stretching to the plan. Even after the first session, I felt improvements in my hips. During that same session, I felt things within my muscles that were not able to be accomplished without my stretching or massage. I had two sessions before my race and attribute the quick muscle recovery and lack of any injury/strain during the race to this addition.
