At Simply Massage, good communication is key to establishing good connections. I promise to always communicate with you, listen to your concerns, thoughts, and suggestions. I am here for you, to help facilitate wellness, to help you optimize your quality of life, and to help you to feel your very best. I work hard to accommodate different scheduling needs, I have adjusted my schedule accordingly (and will continue to monitor), and I ask that you please continue to communicate with me if I can do something else to make things easier for you to schedule.

I do have a few simple policies put in place to make things easy for my wonderful clients:

~ please be on time for your appointment, or call/text me if you think you will be late

~ please fully complete the online forms

~ if you do need to cancel an appointment, please give more than 24 hours notice so that I can potentially fill the open slot

~ I completely understand things out of your control can come up (family emergency, illness, etc.), but if I start to see a pattern of “chronic cancellation”, I will assess a cancellation fee of $50

~ I do sell Gift Certificates, but only in office or by phone. I do not have online gift cards available at this time.

~ purchased Gift Certificates have no expiration date, but it is encouraged to use them as soon as you can 😊

~ donation Gift Certificates (meaning, those that I have donated for charity auction baskets) DO have an expiration date. They will have the Charity name on the Gift Certificate. If you have won a donation Gift Certificate, be sure to schedule your appointment BEFORE the expiration date. I will only honor that certificate up until the date on it. After that date, the certificate is no longer valid. Thank you for following and understanding.

~ last, I do appreciate each and every one of you; if you appreciate how you feel after our session(s), please feel free to head over to Google, leave me a nice review, throw me some love, and definitely refer me to your family and friends. I am always accepting new clients. I am here to help as many people as I can, for as long as I can.
